She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (ISPON), a Graduate Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), and a member of the World Safety Organization (WSO).

She is a dynamic and results-driven HSE professional with several years of experience delivering excellence in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (OHSE). Her experience spans healthcare, construction, oil and gas, and manufacturing, giving her a well-rounded perspective on risk management across diverse industries. Abiola adopts a strong worker-focused approach, prioritizing employee wellbeing, engagement, and behavioral safety as key drivers of operational performance.
